Do I deserve to be permanent banned for this ? Is there any hope

Hey fellow players, (please try to not downvote before reading this, I understand flaming= annoying/dumb)

EDIT: What you dont see, is the many games before these 3 games where I actually put effort into convincing my teammates to keep playing and trying their best because they wanted to ff. And we actually won some of those games. The 3 games I listed below are one after the other after I got tired of having people not even trying in my teams. Is there any way to see, if I got reported for my other games ? I seriously doubt I got reported for any of them

So I got perma banned a few months back due to "toxic" behavior and I havent stopped thinking of it since. All that time spent trying to get all the champs and my lovely collection of skins all gone because of my stupid conduct.

Ok, I am gonna be honest here, I used to be kinda toxic but not the kind to insult your family or wish death upon your relatives (like some non-banned ppl used to do me), I just used to flame certain teammates when they do like extremely poorly (I am talking like 0-5 in 5 minutes ) cause I felt they were not even trying and ruining the game for the whole team. Anyways, to keep it short, I did get a few warning bans (14 days) during the years I had my account but I always tought of the bans to be like a small vacation from league so I didnt really care but never in my wildest thought would I have thought I would get permanent banned for this. I thought perma was for cheaters or like obsene cursing/flaming.

I will add the transcript of the chat I got banned for at the end. When going over it now, I sound so damn childish and I have come to realize flaming is useless and even conter-productive.

Is there anyway Riot can give me another chance at my account even if they permanently remove my chat capabilites ? I just feel perma banning in my case is a little too much

Short answer is no, there is no hope for your account and you will never get it back.

Everyone gets 4 strikes (unless they use hate speech, death threats, etc.) Your first 2 strikes are chat restrictions, your third strike is a 14 day ban and your fourth strike is a permanent ban. Riot even tells you in your reform card on the 14 day ban that you will get a permanent ban on your next offense.

You were willfully ignorant and ignored all your warnings. The best advice I can give you is learn from your mistakes. Ignorance is rarely an acceptable excuse. For example, if you visit another country and you break a law in their country that isn't a law here you still will be punished. For example, chewing gum is illegal in Singapore and you can face heavy fines or even caning if you are caught chewing gum or spitting it out on the street. Quite a few American tourists have gotten on the wrong side of the law because of this.

Players with your attitude tilt other players on your team and make the game no fun for them. Even if you aren't threatening to kill their family you are still no fun to play with. Commenting negatively on your teammates play will never be beneficial to you or your team. Try to treat your team like you would want to be treated if you were in their situation. I would recommend starting from a new account and really focus on treating your team well, win or lose. I think you will find the game to be more enjoyable when you do that.

rito never recover bans, unless they fucked something up and cause people to got ban for no reason. If you have been toxic in any of your games they can ban you no problem.

These lines in particular are pretty disgusting. You seem like a very negative person in game and your ban was 100%, undeniably deserved.

You got punished for these three games. Your punishment was so extreme (permaban) because you had been punished multiple times before and failed to show any sign of reforming. In short, these games alone didn't earn you a permaban but instead it was a long pattern of bad behavior.

A lot of bans happen because people misunderstand the purpose of the Chat Function.

Chat solely exists for constructive communication to aid your pursuit of victory. There's almost nothing in these chat logs that was even worth typing.

Personally, I think people should be permanently Chat Banned instead of having their account banned.

You're the exact type of player they don't want playing their game. Getting frustrated happens and sometimes people write stupid stuff. When it happens all the time as you have admitted to, I don't see any reason why they should let you continue to play with that account.

Little late, but: I agree that playing well or not playing well is no issue regarding bans. If you play well, good for you: Carry yourself to higher elo and make productive statements about the state of each game. But obviously not every player is created equal skill-wise or even regarding her/his disposition to the game - which is no reason to insult said person with literally the sole reason to make them feel bad about themselves and about the game in general. If you act similar on a soccer field, you are probably a very lonely person. And if you don't, why do you feel entitled to do so in another scenario?

Why should RIOT even go to the trouble of muting you permanently or something the like? Do you also ask someone to gag you before you go out or is it perhaps your responsibility to not act like a sociopath in your social interactions? Besides, teams are at an inherent disadvantage if they cannot communicate freely and since toxic behavior is obviously a punishable offense (+ you got a lot of warning shots), it is not like you are treated unfairly.

I can understand that you are not very happy right now, but: Actions -> Consequences.

I actually think that you don't deserve a perma ban, but a very very long chat restriction. Yes, you were toxic, and maybe you're toxic like this every game, but damn man I've seen people say worse and only get chat restrictions.

Based on that chat log I would say this is probably not the first time you have been punished and I would wager that most of your chat logs look like this.

I'm not sure how you even managed to play the game while typing so much.

As a side note: I wouldn't go around claiming or insinuating that you're the "Best Yasuo NA", because then people like me look you up and see that you average 10 deaths per game, which is outrageously high. Sounds to me like you do a lot of feeding in your games and then point the finger at your teammates as to why you died.

You seem to be extremely antagonistic agaisnt your teammates as soon as something goes wrong, so it's no surprise to see that your behavior isn't exactly welcomed in the game.

Also 99.99% of the perma bans cases stick, specially when it comes to toxicity, specially since it's very likely that this is a recurrent behavior and has been adding up for some time now, so...Sorry but I see little hope in your case.
