has anyone truely solved the lag problem yet?

Seriously the lag is pretty consistent... It's annoying when it pops up in the middle of my games, riot, I think you need to upgrade your servers to handle more people at peak hours. the 500+ping always comes at peak hours, and it lasts for a while. Also random spikes at random times of the day. please fix, this has been a problem for a while now.

Most likely is your isp, I have same issue and it's an area (my location) lag. When I lag others do not however it make it virtually unplayable during my areas down time. Call your isp
