[Another Complaint... great] Those "Get Free RP" accounts are persistent and annoying

Ok. So. I have gotten about 10 different people asking me to befriend them on LoL and they all keep spamming me with a "Get free RP and IP instantly" message (obviously a scam). I block one and two more try to friend me. It's like they multiply every time I try to get rid of them! Zac

Anyway. I wanted to make a discussion to bring more attention to this problem and have League try to prevent this, without having them spend too much effort on it since it's more of an annoyance rather than a real issue. Anyone got any good ideas?

*I notice that their match history is completely blank so I was thinking that, maybe, it'd be a good idea to restrict anyone who has never played a single match from sending friend requests. This would not require a ton of effort and I can't think of any arguments against this.

Hey Riot, this already got deleted once and I think this is the best place for my discussion, but just in case it is not, could you move it to the right location rather than just deleting it? Or at the very least, tell me where it should be? Thank you! :3

Sivir TridentSPQR commented: Great idea, but allow people to send people without matches requests, so friends can play with friends they just recruited. However, those "scammers" would probably catch on eventually. and make the account do a match. D: Another idea would probably be to prevent people under level 5 to send friend requests to people they haven't seen in matches. That still would be possible to bypass, but it would discourage it by a ton... unless.. TT bots D: Hmm, maybe a chat setting of "Allow people who have not seen me in matches friend me," so if a scammer contacts you, you can immediately check it and be annoyance-free.
