Teemo Rework

I know this sees odd and many may hate me for it but i think teemo is way overdue for a rework. I know his may sound mad but its true teemo i well basically a useless champ atm, all he is basically used for is for trolling ( either ur team or enemies) and it really isnt fun. Teemo doesnt feel fun anymore ( besides the occasional shroom kill). His kit just feels boring. Idk but i think teemo should be in line for a rework even if minor t make him viable.

p.s (teemo jokes are getting old already they aint even funny no more)
