Are Demon VI and Spirit Fire Brand part of the Harrowing skins?

Are there icons to be awarded for the all-for-one event?

There is a rant to be made here but, I feel like the fact that I have to ask these questions pretty clearly indicates the communication from Riot to the players is slacking. I have noticed the increase in responses to the forums but general game info has been slacking tremendously. I understand there was apparently a post informing players that if you played Gankplank during the Bilgewater event you would get a free skin but neither myself nor anyone I know knew about this perk and missed out on a free skin.

To avoid the rant a previously mentioned... Talk to your player base and make everything very clear. Its common sense if you are walking around the Riot offices and everyone is talking about it but if it is not mentioned in the client most players will not see it. People play the game to have fun, not visit the news feed.
