Error: Champion has already been picked

Issue: Started a team builder and tried to pick a champ and got the already picked error then clicked OK and got the server error. After that the errors went away until I clicked on any champion again. Same effect for all champions. Other summoner shown in queue with me is not in a queue on their side.

Workaround: Close team builder and re-open.
