Why does Riot Support suck ass?

I've only had successful help from Riot support and that was 2 years ago, my patcher would get stuck at 99%. I'm having problems right now which make League impossible and it's been 14 hours and no response to my request. Now I understand that Riot has a lot of requests now. That wouldn't even happen if the servers weren't either shit or down half the time. Before pumping out hotfixes for champions, and new champs in general fix your goddamn servers for once, and also get a better support team. Thank you.

I've put in 6 tickets to Riot in the time I've been playing the game 6/6 came back within 24 hours with a response. What are you asking them that they haven't responded, perhaps the community can help?

I've got responses to all my tickets but the one i sent yesterday. The only time their responses have been helpful was 2 years ago. Their support has really gone downhill. and yes, i'm asking the community if they know what i can do to resolve this issue since Riot isn't helping.

Have you tried posting about it in Help & Support? A lot of community members there are pretty good about knowing how to address problems like this.

When loading in I have unusually high Ping (150-200), when I normally only have 90-100. When I get into the game I immediately get an "Attempting to Reconnect". I can't check my ping and it shows that I have 00 FPS. I've tried everything on this page: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752664-Troubleshooting-Connection-Issues, and I've also tried repairing the client and nothing works.
