Why does Riot Support suck ass?

I've only had successful help from Riot support and that was 2 years ago, my patcher would get stuck at 99%. I'm having problems right now which make League impossible and it's been 14 hours and no response to my request. Now I understand that Riot has a lot of requests now. That wouldn't even happen if the servers weren't either shit or down half the time. Before pumping out hotfixes for champions, and new champs in general fix your goddamn servers for once, and also get a better support team. Thank you.
