Champion Ability hovers

Hello,

At some point last season the functionality to hover over a champions ability in their profile page to view the effect/name etc was lost or disabled. I didn't see this in any of the patch notes but wonder if this was intentional?

I'd like to be able to get the hover over text back. I'd assume it was to force people into the "abilities" tab where one can find horrendously dated video representation of champion abilities, with a vague description and no comments on base dmgs, scaling stats, or anything.

I was just looking a Gragas tossing barrels on the old rift in his old model.. not a serious issue. But I expect that others like myself liked the ease of hovering over the ability to see its functionality.
