The new hud stats aren't showing.

I'm in game, and the stats aren't showing unless I hold the letter C down. Is there any way to make it so they stay on my screen? To get an idea of what I'm talking about its number 2 on the picture. How do I make it so it stays there permanently?

I believe it's Ctrl+C to toggle that. Maybe Shift+C.

I think you can click that little bubble to the bottom left of your champion portrait to lock it on/off.
