You can set an emote of your choice to play if you win, but I think it would be pretty cool if you could set an emote to play if you lost the game as well. There are so many emotes that would be great for this and I think it would be a pretty neat option.

I'd say yeah, but 9 times out of 10 if you've lost a game (Nexus Destroyed. Not Surrender), chances are you're dead somewhere; near nexus or otherwise. So who would really see the emote? unless it just appears over the nexus, and that's just cumbersome.
But there's no "KYS" or "I fock yo mama" emote so the palyers who would like to use it might feel limited. :^)
