I am wondering who to contact about a swat threat, i doubt it will really happen, but i believe that player should be punished. I was streaming and recording at the time so i have screenshots and video of the threat, i made the report and included the wrong video link from my stream so i am just wondering who to contact with the information.

I'd assume the normal places you'd report threats.
Riot or police.
But you'd most likey be wasting the latters and your time.
Go to 'support' at the top right and then 'submit a request' at the top there. While not a formal out of client reporting system, it does get you in contact with player support who will then get the info to the right hands. Be sure to include the screenshots and/or video showing the names. And be patient, they get thousands of requests per day, so it'll take a litle while before you get a response.
Also, if it's pertninent this threat is for "swatting". Bit of a buzzword, so use it in the ticket and that may perk an additional ear or two. Good luck!
