Brand passive and liandry/rylais
Just a question, Does Brands passive continue to slow someone from rylais and if so does that continue to make liandrys 4% current hp burn?

useful but not as OP as ppl like to make out, especially when you have anti-slow stuff
It's amazing for wrecking health tanks though
Im sure Liandrys does refresh every time his passive procs, and i THINK Rylais too, not sure about that though.
