Dynamic Queue still garbage... part 2

At this point with my average queue time just over an hour to play a 20 minute game it would actually be faster for me to make League of Legends from scratch if I want to play than to queue for a match...

FYI RIOT The dynamic queue is a bad thing... not a good thing... just in case you weren't aware.
