The "you deserve X division if you're in X division" mentality has to stop.

No, im not here to cry how my teams suck. Im happy with my G3 rank. But i keep seeing alot players request an advice and everyone that is higher division than Gold 5 will say "You suck, get good, if your silver v you deserve it". Guys, you have to understand that rank isn't the real thing that shows player's skill. There are 4 more people in the player's team. League of Legends ranking doesnt show player's game knowledge, shotcalling skills, mechanic skills, warding skills etc. It just shows his COMPETETIVE GAMEPLAY and how good or bad he is at teamwork. We might exclude Bronze, because, really, bronze is a joke and its a bad division, let's face the reality. But,after silver 3(where people start to understand things and how this game works), that player has to deal with those 4 people because they have no idea what they're doing (including that person, but he shows that he is willing to improve). The part of their stories are true. When someone who is 10/0 oneshots someone who's 2/0, well, then it's not a skill or being better than him/her. It just shows how the 10/0 guy OUTSKILLED or simply had more luck than his laner because today 1 lucky kill will win the lane and maybe change the game outcome if ultra strong meta champ got fed. Back on the story. All of us have the '1 guy fed and we lost the game problem', in every elo there is a guy that tries to solve the world hunger (keep in mind, i've played in low diamond elo too, so i know what's up lol, dont make a joke out of this) but eventually, you'll get better and be able to handle that. So, this is how i think, when someone shows that he's willing to improve, i'll help him without any problems. Im currently Gold 3, i might or might not deserve a bit more at the moment, but when i reach Diamond or any high division (when is the main word, i believe i will eventually) i won't change my mindset. Try to use this stereotype midnset in from the title in real life.. Would you tell a homeless guy "you dont have a house because you dont deserve to have it, you spend all your money on food". Of course you won't. Then, you cannot tell that to the guy that actually wants to learn something and chose YOU to help him. Sucks that this thread will be drowned by "Memes & Games" threads, but if you read this, thank you. Have a good day/night (different time zones..).

When people say things like "You suck, get good, if your silver v you deserve it", its usually not in response to posts asking for advice, its people whining about where they're at, and trying to convince others that its not their fault. Im not entirely sure what you're getting at here though, are you trying to say that lower elo people should be allowed "assumed" ranks based on how good they think they are?

Im not going to argue that where a person's at in ranked doesnt accurately represent their maximum possible rank they could get, because I would be an idiot to do so. But just because I was 5 wins off from being d5 at one point, im still not going to tell anyone I deserve diamond until I earn it. Thats just kind of how the world works.
