Pantheon Splash Art in Champion Shop

Why is Pantheon the only champion that has a different splash art in the shop. I can't find this splash art anywhere else in the game.

Really wierd, seems no one noticed this post, but it's still an issue
The same reason Cassiopeia reverts to her model from 3 years ago, before her minor visual update, when she dies, turns to stone, and breaks.
