My friend just got Hextech Annie

I have yet to see anyone in my lobby have the Hextech Annie skin. I know several people have gotten it via YouTube videos, one guy even spent $500 and barely got enough gemstones to unlock it. But I kid you not my friend is the luckiest guy I know. He opened three boxes, basically what he earned this past month. He got three skin shards and decided to reroll for a permenant skin.. And it just happened to be Hextech Annie. Pretty jealous of him because the skin is beautiful and also rare. I rerolled 3 skin shards and got Ace of Clubs Mordekaiser who I don't play or own. Luck was not on my side. Anyone else had any luck through the Hextech system?

Erm.... yeah I got really lucky. Tell your friend i rerolled 3 skins that could have given me about 1000 essence and I got whistler twitch...... Then I disenchanted him and cried myself to sleep because I don't own twitch and it wasn't even gangster twitch ;(

And there was some people who got it from the free chest riot gave out at the start of the system
