The reworked ranking system and Riots automated responses!

So Riot places you this season in a new que called flex que,gets your hopes up on where you think you have a fighting chance,and then sends you back to way worse then where you were previously placed,even before last season!Afterwords you send in a request just curious as to what kind of excuse they will throw your way this time,and now it all seems to be ''automated''.Just for example,I was Silver last season,won 6-10 placements this season against golds,diamonds,platinum's,and placed Silver 4 flex.I log in a couple days later play again and get placed Bronze 5.I and a couple others whom i frequent league with also responded to this disaster,only to receive an automated response.I just want to say thanks Riot for not taking the concerns of your more serious fanbase seriously,and thanks again for taking all this money you make and not listening to the people who pay you.I have also attached emails related to this issue proving Riots automated response.
