im still waiting

To see Riot actually fix there balance for the way matchmaking que's together a match cause its still horrible. and still makes me angry at getting dumb players that are either high as heck well playing or are first time players. even though my elo and sheer # of games played should be weeding them out not setting me up to play with them even more and more cause that's just freaking dumb and i know riot cant be that dumb right? cause they always state in reply emails about how they are constantly adjusting the system for how balancing is carried out but somehow it feels there is no adjusting at all through the system. so i vote for no new skins for a while tell they actually fix the game it self to help 1.improve in game experience 2.lower the reason for people to be toxic cause of horrible que up matching 3. prove that actually can do the job they are supposed to be doing by listening to the responce of the players and putting them through the automated responce messenger.
