I have never trolled someone in League of Legends.
And I am proud of it.
HOWEVER!
I have trolled people using League of Legends in real life.
Let me explain.
I work for a business. In that business I am the head of the accounting department. (Not as cool as it sounds...) (Just realized that does not sound cool to begin with...)
To get to the point, I receive telemarketer calls ALL THE TIME. But instead of the typical hang up on them, I like to troll them.
Example
"Thank you for calling _________ my name is ________ how may I help you?"
"Please connect me with the owner of the business."
"With the business owner you will speak, if you can answer my questions three. One, what is your name? (They answer) Two, What is your favorite color? (They answer) Three, What is the title of the book I hold in my hand?" They obviously answer incorrectly and then I hang up on them.
That is fun and all but I have recently started using League of Legends to troll telemarketers.

"Thank you for calling _________ my name is ________ how may I help you?"
"Please connect me with the owner of the business."
"May I ask what this call is regarding?"
"(Insert some marketing scheme here)"
"Hmmm.... Marketing.... I don't understand.... Like the person who buys groceries at the store?"
"No, more like the advertising"
"Hmmm... Advertising.... Is that a board game?"
"No, like brand..."
"Oh BRAND!!! From League of Legends!!! I understand now, I really like Brand, he is a just character to play with, when he is fed he rocks people."
I then proceed to keep them on the phone as long as I can talking about league of legends. How I main Jungle, how I love Shyvana and Udyr. And on and on and on... if they don't play it I tell them they should and that it is a fun game.
I do a lot of data entry for billing, which is a mindless task. So I can troll people for up to 30 minutes now and then.
The whole reason of this post, or the TL;DR if you must, is that Riot should be estimating the people who start playing from my efforts and estimate the amount of money they will spend throughout their League career. Using the current rate of interest, find the present value of said money and give me a cut.
