Trading skins?
Is Riot going to ever offer a market or make it so we can trade skins with other players without giving up an account?

Noope. that would mean starting up a market, and riot doe snot want that.
Yeah, even while trading only skins without currency in the middle. yeah, even enforcing skins with the same price.
this is impossible to happen. It would mean whenever players get bored of a skin/champion, they would just trade it for a new one instead of use the store. Its similar to the question with Runes
