14 day Ban

So i was having a crappy in game experience with some players, like we all have had at one point. I don't recall ever being banned before so i find it weird how i got a 14 day ban instantly after the game was completed. I have never left a game early nor have gone afk. I am almost sure the other people in the lobby didn't get banned for what they were saying to me, but i did what i did and i deserve the ban but not for 14 days. Is there a way i can get this reduced with maybe a chat limit or something.
