Hello, and before all the comments come through saying "next time follow the summoners code" thank you for saying that because you're an angel and never had an argument in chat before.

Below I have posted the nail in the coffin being the last game before I got banned.

Do I understand why I got banned? kinda Do I understand why I got perm banned? absolutely not.

I'm not here to cry about it, but I'm just letting everyone know, be careful out there.

I lost an 8-year-old account, with $1500 spent, and a ton of limited time skins, and it honestly sucks. I already submitted a ticket and got denied, so don't bother posting that either. I would also recommend not buying skins, being banned is too easy, and it's a horrible feeling seeing it all disappear.

I have been playing for 9 years, also never banned, hell, not even warned, it is honestly pretty easy to avoid being banned.

It is what it is, I've been warned before and i /muteall at the beginning of that specific game, I said nothing the entire match and still got a warning lol ( and no i wasn't feeding)

You don't have to believe me, but you can be reported for 6 different things, and im pretty sure not communicating is one of them, ironically the riot representative even said they want people to /mute all, but yet it's an offense for not communicating.

I don't believe this for a single second. I have played this game for as long as you have. I rarely use chat in any of my games let alone pings and haven't had a single warning for not communicating. I don't understand how people still have this belief that you can get banned for not communicating.

No one said you can be banned, I said I'm pretty sure, but I don't have first-hand experience.

That's not what you said. The not communicating report option was removed a long time ago when they overhauled the client, and clarified them with brief descriptions. Sorry, but you're going to need to try harder.

try harder at what? This topic was a side discussion, i was saying I have received an "everyone has bad days" warning when I had everyone muted and didn't type, my speculation was I got reported for not communicating, I never said when this was, it definitely was in the old client, probably season 6, I'm not looking for a random person's approval on a forum. But indeed, I will, in fact, try harder to lie about a side conversation that is irrelevant to my main perm ban.

See, that's an important piece of information that was neglected in your earlier posts. When you say a "warning", we assume an actual punishment. Back in the day when the tribunal was active, a 'warning' WAS the first punishment tier of five.

Those popup notifications aren't warnings. They only indicate a sudden increase in reports received, regardless of the validity of the reports.

Thanks, like I said above to 2 other people, I said "I'm pretty sure" I never made a claim saying that was the reason I got banned. Why are you nitpicking an irrelevant conversation?

Because bad information needs to be shot down. If you were punished before for it, then why not back up your claims with proof? Most of us can't believe a statement like that without proof. (And to be fair, I miss a lot of posts so I can't keep up with every single one.)

Everyone here who has regularly visited this board have a hard time believing something even as offhanded as that would undoubtedly not believe what you say. Quite honestly, some of us just get tired of hearing the same ol monikers that people will use to justify not accepting what they did was wrong.

It's nothing personal against you, but bringing up lack of communication is something that really never has been nor will be a punishable offense and should never realistically be seen on this part of the boards.

But that's possibly just my take on it.

Why are you nitpicking an irrelevant conversation?

Well if something like "saying nothing can get you punished" doesn't get refuted, other players who happen across this forum could look at this bit of information that you were "pretty sure" of and take it as truth, which could affect their attempts to reform.

Such information could have been useful to you.

Edit: I was banned once for 14 days in 2014, and banned for 14 days again in January of this year, It seems to me the chart does not make sense since I have 500 games played this season and get honored majority of them. What baffles me as well, is I didn't say anything major int he text provided. Is this chart out dated?

Keep in mind the minor thing that gets you permabanned is not the only thing that happened, there were three other minor things before it that had ignored warnings attached to them.

Riot will ban anything nowadays. No point playing this pathetic game. Find something that's actually fun and doesn't have idiot kids waste your time. The game has been ruined since season 7 or late season 6. No point wasting money off a shitty game that's basically get baron and win. No true game play involved other than get a fed lane early and win/lose whichever side you get fucked over on. Then there is the trolls, the bottom dwellers on these games that have nothing better to do with their pathetic lives than troll and rage at people. Its just a joke now since Riot went franchise in NALCS.

you can't see what my teammates are saying, the "so bad jesus" remark was because the enemy ran into our turret bot lane and died, and it was a response to my support who said "what are they doing"

You are moronic if you think that, I didn't call him a moron, do you call child protective services on your mom if she says " don't be a moron?" calling someone something and telling them not to act like something are two different things, but now you guys are clearly just nitpicking. If you think those 2 lines are perm bannable then something is in fact wrong with you and not me.

The annoying thing is, people, seem to not understand why I am posting this thread. Everyone is jumping to the conclusion that I deserve it based on the small bit of negative behavior shown. I am trying to express why I think it's wrong to ban someone for something as small as what I said, considering worse stuff is said every game. I'm not here to defend myself all day from the nitpickers, I made this post to warn and tell people, even the smallest of things can punish you. I never once said "unban me" "I didn't deserve to be banned" I am trying to say, there should be a tier list when it comes to punishment, minor offenses get minor consequences and major ones get long to perm bans. This post isn't me trying to get my account back, and unfortunately, people are just as a troll on the forums as in-game, so this is my last response to this thread, good luck everyone.

You honestly should have stopped typing. If you don't type, they have nothing to ban you for. Simple as that.

It's not the matter of never having an argument, it's matter knowing that typing does nothing in a video game. We're here to play, not chat and argue. Save the chatting for the forums, play the game for the game.

You're either part of the game or part of the problem. Your arguments were part of the problem. Because if you're not here to play the game, then don't play the game.

You were banned for a reason, Riot isn't going to unban you if your ban is justified. The only way Riot would possibly even consider unbanning you, is if you were reformed, which you clearly aren't. I suggest you take a break from the game and detox from the community. When you are ready to come back with a clean head, you can join us here

If you muted everyone at game start and just focused on the mini-map, you'd still have that account.

In game is a terrible time to try to reason with somebody. There's too much happening to stop playing to debate strategy

Oh nooo.... did you read in your reform card that after a 14 day ban, your NEXT punishment for whatever infraction you have is a permaban?
