Client Crashes

For the past few weeks my client has randomly died in ranked and only in ranked. At some point during champ select, it freezes. This can be during bans or during the selection. I cannot choose a champion, and it doesn't show the progress for anyone else. The timer ticks down normally, but once it hits 0 it freezes. Shortly after I get an error message and my client dies. This happens more than half the time.
