Skin Pricing

I'm sure this has been beaten to death, but similar to champs I'd like to see price reductions as skins age. As a Kha main who loves mecha kha and uses it every game, it does not deserve to be 1350 anymore. The skin has no new animations, the same recall, and one or two different voiceover lines. I understand that it's not feasible to update every old skin to make them worthy of their price tier, but at least drop them in price for what they would be on release now.

Skins age much worse than champs do for price given how much Riot has upped the quality of new skins. I really appreciate the work the skins team does, and the quality of skins is incredible now, but it really puts to shame some of the older work and I think their prices should be updated to reflect that.
