Riot, any update regarding connection with AT&T, Verizon and Cox(?)?

I recall a rioter saying they would have an update in a few weeks. I'm currently on AT&T and while my ping has dropped significantly, it's not very consistent. I have a lot of times where my ping goes super high for no reason for a couple seconds then drops back down. Just seeing if there has been any progress regarding this. Thanks!
