I have seen many people with very rare skins, so I ask them in game "Where did you get that skin?" Most respond, "A year ago" When usually, the skin wasn't out a year ago. What is going on with these hacks, and, is Riot trying to even solve them?
ZACKandATTACK2 votes1 year ago you could buy rare skins if they were given out on a code on third party websites.
TomA3X1 votesThey probably just didn't remember exactly, and gave you the short answer. Is that really what made you think they hacked them in?
eclipsekyd1 votesWell, the fact that a dude was lvl 8 and had a Mighty Jax skin sort of startled me
Sukishoo1 votesMighty Jax was re-released like over a year ago, so that's not far off.
Sarutobi1 votesit really depends on the skin at hand. remember that there are different types of rare skins with Limited Edition (although to my understanding they no longer do these types of skins anymore, Championship Riven being the last) and Legacy skins which come out usually during Holiday or Special Events like Christmas, Halloween, World's Tournament!
