PBE
Recently, I have found there is something called a PBE account. I was so anxious to join until I found you had to be Lv30 to join. I'm lvl 16. Dangit. Any ideas of how to level up quicker to be able to earn a PBE account?

Even if you are level 30, it doesn't mean you'll get one right away. It might take some time.
Go to the PBE Side of the Page, when you are lvl 30 and apply a request i have my PBE Account, sadly i can't lend you the account because it's agaisnt the summoners code, so you take your time the PBE will be there when you reach 30
