Best Champion to Carry Team with?

I've been maining Zac Jung in ranked for a long time now. I carry pretty much every game, my worst score ever was 4/4/4 for a while, not it's 1/3/7. I went into normals just to get my S's for Master 6 and easily would go around 12/4/20 each game. But even in games where I get every dragon, get rift for my team, and get scores like 20/2/14, I'll lose. I want to know which champion is the BEST for carrying teams and force them to do good.
