why are my teammates so trash compared to the enemy?

Like my teammates pick jax and gp every game and just be 100% useless while they have at most 1 shitter that is almost useless. LIke im losing every game as a smurf LOL. Then i get a week ban on the smurf for pretty much asking god why the fuck do I have to sit through a 20 min game where my adc is 0-8 raging inting, tops inting, supports 0-6 and our jungler is talking shit because he got caught out. Like fuck this game im just gonna elo boost gold/plat players no point in trying to climb on this clearly autistic server.
