No match history and no point of reference other than a level 24 account---which leads me to believe you're hiding your account or you were banned for being toxic (which is a safe assumption given your post).
Either way, you get matched with people of similar MMR, thus you must be just as terrible as the people you're matched with.
PROTIP: There's more to this game than K/D/A
