Leaverbuster

I know that Leaver buster is supposed to be a punishment for all dcs ,but the fact that we cant even use the client while we're waiting for the timer to run out is really lame. In fact, we cant even move the damn thing ,so if ur desktop icons are behind it, 2 bad. U gota wait or exit the queue. Ithink we should be able to edit runes or at least be able to move it.
