Riot, Lulu needs some love

Supposedly, Riot was going to balance Lulu as a support and try to eliminate solo lane Lulu. Well, they have done half that. Riot already made her the worst midlaner and also is the worst support. I know Riot said they like to rotate metas ,but I don't recall a time when Lulu support was dominant (Please correct me if I am wrong, I started playing since mid season 5). She also got gutted in her play stile. She used to be a "poke" support but is now a "spam shield/heal" support. She needs the old buff she had where the Q AP ratio was increased to .7 ,but she didn't get it I don't know why.
