Looking for a party

I am a level 30 player. I am not incredibly good but am okay. I started playing league back in late 2008 when it first started it's beta version. I stopped playing for a while and then returned. I made a few friends here and there. I had my own group of friends whom I'd played with but I moved and most of them don't play anymore. It seems league has quite a few toxic players and I just want to group up with some people who play for fun.

I guess what I'm trying to get at is that I want some players who wouldn't mind playing with me.

Season 1 I was around 900-1300 elo. Season two I was about the same. Season 3 and four I ended somewhere in silver. This season I am bronze and could care less what rank I really am.
