Yes i know bronze and silvers and gold players moan about yi and shyvana (who you know... kill tanks...) but those same bronze and silver and gold players bitch about tanks. And you killed one of the best counters to them.
Riot wants this item to be like? anti tank right? so lets make it anti tank... my ideas: ok 1. make the item deal 100 true damage flat or 5% of their health in true damage which ever is greater. this means early game "you know... where you buy these items" it wont be a useless investment because thats what it is atm. you buy this item. every has 1500-2000 hp. it does 0 fucking damage. your an item down vs everyone else. you lose. so give it an early game. 2. let it stack for a proc. every 3 autos let it proc for 15% max health true damage. useless vs carries good vs tanks. 3 let it abuse a weakness. each auto deals 50 flat ad damage/50 flat ap damage/ 5% health true damage. 4. let the auto percentage stack. 1% max health damage 2% max health damage 3% max health damage. but it stops if change targets or stop attacking for like 5 seconds.
those are my ideas take them or leave them. so lets go into maths as to why it is shit.
1: its fucking expensive.
this shit cost 2625 gold... lets figure out how much that enchant is.
so lets take away 1000 for the smite.
and 1 as = 25 gold it has 40 as so thats 1000 gold. we are spending 625 on this thing? that is fucking terrible value for damage. and early game is where the gold value to stat matters most.
as for adcs taking this the is something wrong with you.
your 1. fucking up your early game by taking no heal.
2. your getting terrible value for gold.
3 your early game is fucked.
4 late game you would swap this out for an item that cost more but is way better vs tanks like

i mean on someone like shyvana whos 2/3 damage is ap your much more effective rushing a
because it shreds mr for her damage. adds mr to her to make her tankier. has same attack speed and the on hit damage does stuff vs both carries and tanks. for carries the flat 42 ap damage will fuck them up. vs tanks your shredding their tank stats its also only 175 gold more... like wtf? and if you saw your shyvana rushing this you would properly call her a troll or something because its so ineffective.
btw some i want to mention changing the damage from ad BACK to ap would help it.
Ad damage is more dominant therefore the are more armor items to counter it. therefor tanks (the person this item is meant to hurt but doesnt?) have more armor. therefore vs tanks its still weak.
etc). Especially with champions like Mastery Yi, who already has a considerable amount of unmitigateable damage (true damage) so giving him extra magic damage might require Olafing Master Yi. I have yet to see a Yi (It is early though) who goes Warrior as Warrior is an early game enchantment, and master yi seems to build for late game.
