I honestly recommend buying the $5 League card that is available at Walmart / Best Buy whatever that gets you Annie / Garen / Ryze / Ashe / Yi. Gives you an IP boost, EXP boost, and a little bit of RP. It's a money card and a good investment to get you started without having to Free Week yourself up levels.
