WILL LEAGUE EVER COME TO INDIA?

I've been playing this game for almost 5 years now. I live in India and it would be awesome if there could be an Indian server anytime soon. EUNE gives me 160 pings and while that's playable, it's kind of really hard to play the more difficult champs as the latency really kicks in. Please think about it riot.
