For Fun: A Howling Abyss 1v1 "Tier List"

TL;DR - Help me make a "1v1 Tier List" by looking where the pretty pictures are.

Hey, guys. Earlier today, I randomly decided to think of which champs are "the best" in 1v1's (specifically a 1v1 match on Howling Abyss, rather than 1v1 duels on the Rift). I remember one time I 1v1'd a friend for kicks and giggles and he kept picking Akali, who pretty much scales so well into late-game that I couldn't do anything against her and I couldn't win.

So I figured it'd be cool to make a tier list for 1v1's similar to the Smogon Pokémon tier list, where anyone challenging someone to a 1v1 would pick a tier for both players to stick to. (Obviously some turd is gonna say "D-Tier 1v1" and pick Akali or Fizz, but let's assume we're being civil.)

I don't really have perfect knowledge of every champion, and I know people have differing opinions, so I want input from all of you before I finish.

I'm considering splitting this into two lists; one for full 1v1 Howling Abyss matches, and one for Summoner's Rift late-game duels.

This isn't based on any testing (I don't have anyone of my approximate skill level who has enough time to test), but rather on the champion's kit and scaling. I'll need a LOT of input from you guys to get this going anywhere, as I don't have the means to do this alone.

This is what I have so far, as a sort-of baseline. Please give as much feedback as you can:

Not sure how many tiers I'm going for in general, just thought this would be as good of a start as any (since I don't really have the time to do this all by myself).

Varus is S tier. Two or three arrows will almost kill someone, and he outranges more or less everyone.

i'd put pantheon higher, he beats most of the A tier , and a lot of S tier in 1v1 [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

Lucians S-tier he can bully almost anyone easily.

I wouldn't put Fiora, Rengar, Riven or Shaco as S tier. I'd say they are all B tier at best as how well they do is very highly dependent on the other champs in the game (compared to someone like Varus...who is basically always good) and how well they can get rolling. Also after looking again you have Shaco on the list twice.

I'd bump alkali down to A as well. If doesn't get fed easy to deal with. Nid, with all her changes, is probably A tier as well. Her spears don't poke anywhere near as much as they use to and are harder to land.

I'd move Veig up to S. The huge stun cage is fantastic and getting AP from assists was a huge buff to him in this mode.

Galio is probably B tier. His poke isn't bad (just mana hungry) and snowball means he can pull off some excellent initiation ults.
