Ally Ult Indicators and XP Bars

Currently, you can view whether or not your allies can cast their Ultimate abilities. As of now, however, you cannot see whether they just used it, or how many stacks of it they have (Teemo, Corki, etc.). Also, while you can easily see an ally's HP/Mana/Items/Level, you cannot see their current XP -til-level-up.

I think, to add clarity to when your allies are ready to fight (level 2 or 6 for a lane fight, ultimate is almost up for a team fight), two features should be implemented into the UI:

• 1 - Ally XP bars should be visible on the part of the screen where you see their HP/Mana/Levels.
• 2 - On the same part of the screen, the Ult Indicators (Green for available, Gray for unavailable), when grey (unavailable), should "fill up" in a spinning pattern similar to how you see your own cooldowns, perhaps in yellow. There could maybe be a number next to stacked ults.
