"Smurfing" option

Remember how when you start, there's an option list to check off your skill level, from "New to RTS" to "Expert" or something like that? Can we get a fifth option for "I'm a smurf?". Even if Riot doesn't condone smurfing, it's going to happen either way and this cuts down on the amount of smurfs in low level games. It is not fun for low level players to get destroyed for their first few games, and it is not fun for experienced players to play either players with a much lower skill level, or play against bots.
