If it wasnt you wouldnt have plat 2 players feeding their brains out to gold 5 stuck players while I can dominate with no runes and be level 26. Servers a joke rofl.

I have tier 2 runes on most of my smurf accounts and they're all d4 +. Trust me the game is really easy if you know how to play.
I might be plat trash but i can guarentee you I will not lose to silvers. That being said your statement is pretty true, the difference is inconsequential
