This game though

God, I love this game.

I can deal with the toxic players. #muted

I don't really have to deal with Trolls too much. I really like to jungle and I don't see too many people saying "Jungle or AFK." Even if they did, I feel that I can easily overcome that. By being versatile. I know how to decently play enough champions to be effective and help my team.

For example:

Top: Riven, Nautilus, Heimer, Jax Jungle: Nautilus, Gragas, Jax Mid: Riven, Heimer, Annie, and I wanna try Ahri ADC: Draven, Ashe, Jinx Support: Nautilus

Basically, the easiest way to combat trolls is to be versatile and know how to use the mute button. I'm not trying to say that I'm the best or that this is a foolproof way to help, but this is what I do to make my own gameplay experience better.
