Feature Suggestion: Ability to convert Skin Essence to Champion Essence?

I think it would be an awesome idea for RIOT to implement a feature where you can convert Skin Essence to Champion Essence (not the other way around).

Players can earn champion essence to get mastery levels. This means less skins are being generated for players. The result is more players buying RP for boxes and skins. So it is a win win for both RIOT and players.
