Champion masteries and Chroma skins

I believe that each champion should have a level mastery to cap of level 10 or maximum 15. I feel as though earning level 5 mastery on a champion is as easy as just playing 15 games with that champion. Level 10 or 15 doesn't even have to be the max level at which you gain all your "goodies" in the new S6 update, but there should also be benchmarks along the way as you continue playing or maining that champ. This way, it encourages players to continue playing that champion and to progress with them. For example: Lets say you're currently maining LucianLucian, and you just hit level 5 mastery. It would be nice to see smaller portions of these "goodies" along the way until you reach max level for the big prize every couple levels. So level 5 would be like 500 ip, level 8 would be xp boosts and couple more ip, level 10 would be 1000 ip, ip boosts, xp boosts ect... Now, you have over 50 or so games with this champion, and you're just about to hit the max level (ideally level 15). This is where I want to begin to talk about Chroma skins. If I'm gonna be completely honest, most Chroma skins look like shit. So instead of buying that Chroma skin with 5 dollars, it would be a nice addition if reaching max level with a champion would grant a random Chroma skin for that champion. Buts here comes the problem, not every champion, like YasuoYasuo has a Chroma skin. So my suggestion is a random skin for that champion that is worth the same as a Chroma skin would be granted as a small gift for players who mastered those champs, small icons and possibly random runes or rune pages too. I know a lot of people feel this ways as well when Riot talked about "goods" in the new S6 update. I would appreciate if someone from Riot read this and took this into consideration.

Thank you,

I believe they plan to improve on the Champion Mastery system in time, but right now there are more important things to worry about.
