I was playing Draven and had a victor who literally int fed my lane.(He was midlane) He took cs and fucked up my lane and emoted when he died on purpose and even got me killed. he was 0/4 by 10 min. I wrote -"report victor" -"please" then everyone on the other team literally said "LOL!! NO" for some fucking reason then called me toxic and they all reported me end game and congratulated the victor fuck this game
Report them and move on. If you didn't act toxic to them, then you won't get punished.
Here's why:
The report system does not judge based on number of reports in game, but number of games a player has been reported in, and their chat/actions. As such, fishing for reports, is a reportable offense in and of itself. As we often say here: 1 Report=9 reports.
Also, I see no such evidence of this match on the account your posting on. Not one of your recent games has you playing as Draven, or a Victor on your team.

Calling for reports is a reportable offense. Also, Draven has nasty infamy because of a certain tantrum-throwing streamer who was permabanned forever for being toxic as hell and feeding in his games when he couldn't play Draven.
Riot just leave to their system works everything cuz they think that their system is smarter than them and they lazy they just wanna earn more money from them. that is how LoL grew up.
