Has Riot answered my prayers?

Recently i posted a post stating there should be a new bard skin with a list of ideas. one of them being a winter wonder bard skin with a jacket stuff. many days later i find this: http://www.surrenderat20.net/2015/11/1123-pbe-update.html with a few other skins. Sure it could be a coincidence but either way I am glad they're making a new bard skin
