Literally, right now, on the front page of boards, there are ZERO posts with ANY riot comments, except for the Champion Mastery Q&A.

They try to pretend Doesn't mean they are have a lot of success with it tho
Riot only has so many staff. My thoughts are that once a post hits at least 50 upvotes they probably read it and comment then. But think, according to google, 27 million people play league of legends. Riot probably has at least 200 staff by now but still 200 to 27 million is not that many.
