Which champion should I buy?

Okay; I currently have no idea what I should be doing. Buying another champion right now or save for another. I currently have 3296 IP and 1 RP. I main mid and Jungle. The champions that I have at this moment are: Diana, Rengar, Jax, Thresh, Heimerdinger, Morgana, Vayne, Soraka, Malphite, Riven, Kayle, Sivir, Tristana, Rammus, Ahri, Master Yi, Veigar, Evelynn, Shen, Nidalee, Twisted Fate, Gangplank, Akali, Dr. Mundo, Janna, Nautilus, Aatrox, Garen and Nasus. My ideas right now are: LeBlanc, Brand, Fiora, Talon and Lee sin. Which champion do you guys think I should buy?

Lee Sin or LeBlanc, they're both considered high skill caps, but both very fun and very strong once you get the hang of it.

Talon or Runes (unless you have the main two in which case champion to your hearts content)

You need a good AD midlaner
