^ Title. Me, for example. I played ~500 games normal, 8 ranked and ~50 bots. In all of those games, I have never ever got a Pentakill. The furthest I came, was a quadra kill with Ryze, only to be stolen away by a Zac who smited the enemy Riven. So how about you?
The highest I've I have gotten is a Quadra, twice and my penta was stolen both those times
Sometime in 2014, after i hit lvl 30 with old Poppy in normal game.
Fresh level 30. Master Yi. Played Janitor mode. Team fought 4v5. they lost. all 5 enemies were low. i showed up and effortlessly pressed Q laying waste to the remains of my enemies.
They were low from the 4v5...i basically pressed Q and got a penta kill....
most boring penta kill ever. Quite funny though.
I only got two, both with Aatrox. The first time i didn't even try. I was doing really bad that game, like 2/10 or so, but I kept going CS and getting my items, then the final teamfight I didn't conciously try to kill anyone, I just did damage and somehow got a Penta.
My first penta was somewhere at Level 28. I was playing Quinn and rushed into the enemies who were grouping as 4. My support (a friend of mine) then tanked the tower for me so I could get the penta :3
My first penta-kill was in a normal game. About 400th normal game, playing as Jinx. Worst part was it was a 4v5 where I got a penta, and we still lost.
Second was in roughly my 300th ARAM, playing as Ahri.
Third was shortly thereafter in an ARAM on shyvana when I had never played the champion before (still no idea how that happened).
Fourth was again on Jinx in a normal game.
Fifth was on Hecarim in a normal game, finally after I had what would have been my second penta-kill brutally stolen from my by a teammate (solo the triple kill, secure the 4th kill with a teammate, force the last enemy to Zhonya's at under 10% hp and my mid laner arrives and times his spell for right as they exit stasis...)
Sixth was on Jinx in a ranked game (around 50th ranked game).

It was One for All on Butcher's Bridge, I got a Penta as Lee Sin. That felt real good

who i murdered mercilessly in lane, less then 15 minutes in i was 10/0, i got a 
thinking it was worth it, it was. I ended up finding their whole team all in 1 pile except for who i quickscoped with my Q, Q R into the all of them, W E Q R QWRQWRQWQERQRQERQ until i just got a penta. Ended the game 32/0.
To this day my status has been: "12/6/15 1stPentaDiana1v5" as a reminder.
Got a penta playing as mordekaiser by just slapping people on the head and e-ing them. They decided to comeback again after they all respawned so I pentakilled them again. After that they left me alone.
I got my first penta with lvl 15, I was Warwick and made a auto attack battle with the enemy team. My second penta was with Diana (lvl 30 ~300 normal wins). I also made a penta with Darius in aram, but it was aram so I don't really count this as a real penta

I ran him Midlane and went 
I got multiple Pentas to be exact, I felt so proud of myself because it was the first time I had ever legitimately carried a game.
My first penta was last year, caught the enemy team at Baron; I was playing Jinx and just shredded through them. It was a blast :D
