can i stop having my sound reset every fucking patch?

For real i go into champ select and its like the old fucking windows 97 program going DUN DU DUNG DUNG! at like 2 in the morning blowing you off your chair. for real or if you must reset the volume cant you like reset it to like 50? not max? jesus christ (also it be nice if it just saved my preference of having no sound but keeping the champ select noises...)
