LeaverBuster System Idea

I'd like to start by saying I apologize if this is already a post somewhere else, or if someone came up with this idea before me, but I think I have an idea for a leaverbuster system that effectively roots out people who deserve to get said leaverbuster. It's also quite simple.

In my ideal leaverbuster system, at the end of the game when the player is going to get put in lower priority queue, the system should ask each player on their team to vote on whether or not that leaver ruined the experience for them. Because isn't that why they get lower priority queues? Some would say that's not fair, because what if you have a friend or friends on the team who vote in your favor, but you still ruined it for someone else. That's why I propose that the offender will get leaverbuster if only ONE person on the team has issue with them leaving. Only one person has to not enjoy the game because of the leaver, and bam, they get the deserved leaverbuster. But when I'm in a group of five friends, who A. didn't care that I d/c'd or had to go, or B.were annoyed but don't think I deserve leaverbuster for it because it wasn't that big of a deal for them or C.i came back, helped a lot, and we won the game, it saddens me that I still get punished when I didn't REALLY ruin anyone's experience.

I make this post, because I have a great connection, but I have parental controls that restrict the time I spend on my account (even at the age of 17). I keep track of that time, so I don't have to leave games early, but every so often there's a glitch in the system, and when I'm supposed to have 50 minutes left, I instead have 15. I get forcefully logged out, and can't get back into game. Yes, I could just get another computer, but when this is a shared mac mini, and I don't have any disposable income, that becomes a much larger issue.

Thank you to anyone who read, and I hope that this, or perhaps even a system similar to this gets implemented. I wish you all a great day!

Overall a pretty good idea; I would suggest one tweak though: rather than the "one vote and you're punished," instead have it ignore the players who premade with you. This would keep you from getting screwed over by one player on your team that gets salty because they don't understand or care what reason you might have for leaving and just hates that you left (we've all met that player). On the other hand, if you premade with two friends who both would vote in your favour, but the other two team members both had their experience ruined by you leaving, it would only take into account those two votes.

No thanks. Id rather not have some guy who should have been punished before but didn't in my game because someone believed a sob story.
